CARE MADE- OFFENSIVE

Product Description A mixture of silane/siloxane and synthetic resin, diluted with solvent, providing water and oil repellency. General Properties 1. Excellent penetration capability into surfaces. 2. Rapid water and oil (dirt) repelling effect. 3. High water vapor permeability and breathability capability. Area of Use CARMADE- OFFENSIVE in diluted form is used to make all types of synthetic upholstery fabrics water and oil (dirt) repellent. CARMADE- OFFENSIVE is applied by impregnating upholstery fabric, preventing unwanted substances from adhering to surfaces and preventing stain formation. Unwanted substances/stains such as oil, grease, or paint that adhere to treated surfaces afterward can be easily wiped/removed from the surfaces. CARMADE- OFFENSIVE does not negatively affect the water vapor permeability and breathability capability of the area it penetrates. CARMADE- OFFENSIVE should be used without dilution and must be shaken well before use. The surface to be treated should be moisture-free and absorbent; the product should be applied with a brush or spray until the surface is thoroughly saturated. Water and oil repellent properties develop within 24 hours. It is recommended to test the product on a small test area beforehand and verify its effect to detect any possible color changes. Since CARMADE- OFFENSIVE is a solvent-based product, prolonged applications in enclosed spaces should be avoided, and proper ventilation conditions must be ensured. Storage/Shelf Life When stored in the original packaging with the lid tightly closed at 0–30°C, the shelf life is 6 months. Exceeding this period does not mean the product cannot be used, but the product should be checked for suitability before use. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight and freezing; additionally, since it reacts with ambient humidity, the packaging lid must be kept tightly sealed and closed to prevent air passage. Delivery Format In 25, 50, 100, and 180 kg plastic drums or in 850 kg IBC tank.
