LIME-OUT

A chemical product that cleans limestone deposits, rust, and mineral scales from cooling systems, heat exchanger units, boilers, and water pipes by breaking them down to micron level. • Due to its micronizing property during circulation, it does not cause blockages during cleaning. • Does not damage metals such as copper and metal pipes, or painted surfaces. • Successfully used in the construction sector for cleaning concrete and mortar residues.

Direct Application: Mix one part LIME-OUT with up to 5 parts water depending on the condition of the deposits and apply to the materials with a brush or cloth piece. Allow time for penetration and loosening of deposits. Immersion Method: Place LIME-OUT in a pool or plastic container mixed with water and immerse the materials to be cleaned. Wait until the deposits dissolve. Then remove and rinse thoroughly with water. Boilers: Drain the boiler water and refill to the prescribed level. Add 1 liter of LIME-OUT per 10 liters of water. Raise the water temperature to 50-60˚C. Do not exceed 60˚C. Release gases generated during heating. Maintain the pH at 1.5-2 level for 4-6 hours. Add more LIME-OUT if necessary. Monitor pH periodically. Drain the boilers and refill with water. Empty completely after rinsing. If deposits still remain, repeat the procedure. Cooling Systems: Drain the entire system. Refill the system to operational level. Add 1 liter of LIME-OUT per 10 liters of water. Circulate for 5-6 hours. Measure the pH of the water in the system. Add LIME-OUT if necessary to maintain pH between 1.5-2. Continue circulation. After 5-6 hours, drain and rinse the system. If deposits still remain, repeat the procedure. Consumer Notice: • Do not allow contact with skin and eyes. • Cleaning of materials such as zinc, porcelain, and galvanized surfaces with LIME-OUT may be inadvisable.
