READY (Surface Preparator for Metals Containing Oil and Rust) Cleans metal by removing oil and rust from metal surfaces in a single operation, and microscopically etches the metal surface before coating to prepare it for paint, coating, or protective oil application. Metal surfaces must undergo specific preparation before the painting process. These preparations ensure that the paint adheres much better to the surface, making it very difficult to remove, and provides an excellent appearance. This acidic product is used to remove oil and rust from the metal surface in a single operation. While removing oil and rust in one operation, it simultaneously microscopically etches the metal, thereby performing grit blasting as well (grit blasting: creating imperceptible dots on the metal surface using special sand blasting machines; this process is performed for better paint adhesion). Facilities are forced to allocate a separate budget for grit blasting. Our product eliminates this expense for them. Can be used diluted with water in the range of 1/3 to 1/15. This process can be performed by dipping, wiping, or spraying methods. When applied hot, oil and rust removal from the metal will be faster. Regardless of how well our product removes oil and rust, the quality of paint adhesion is affected by the humidity level of the environment, the waiting time of the metal outdoors after washing, the limescale content of the diluted and rinsed water, the quality of ventilation, and the saturation of READY. The better these adjustments are made, the better the paint quality will be achieved.

READY – Rinsing – Oven – Painting steps are followed. The product must be diluted when used, and the washed metal must be thoroughly rinsed afterward. If rinsing is not performed, the product continues its action and causes the applied paint to bubble. Rinsing must be continued until the metal is completely neutralized. The metal must then be dried in an oven. The humidity level inside the oven must also be low so that the metal does not rust inside the oven. Subsequently, the metal is painted without being left outside for long. Metal that is not painted will re-rust in a short time depending on the humidity level of the environment.
