YARCOOL 300 (YS) – Yarı Sentetik Bor Yağı

A semi-synthetic metal working fluid reinforced with corrosion inhibitors, extreme pressure additives, antioxidants, powerful bactericide-fungicide agents and surfactants for use in all machining operations. Features: *Forms a stable emulsion when mixed with water. *Minimizes wear and friction on the machined part and cutting tool due to maximum lubricity properties. *Can be safely used in all types of metal machining operations. *Non-flammable, does not smoke, no foaming during processing. *Contains bactericide in its formulation, preventing deterioration and odor formation. Application: Emulsion is created by slowly adding YARLUB BOR 300(YS) to the water in the system at a ratio of 4-8% while stirring. The ideal usage ratio is 5%. It is recommended to prepare the emulsion outside and pour it into the machine reservoir. Before using the product; it is important that the machine bed and reservoir are thoroughly cleaned, free of other oils and contaminants, and the system is disinfected for the product to perform at its full capacity.
